2.  Treasurer’s Report: Read by Glenn Browning

3.  Report on Scholarship Committee by Billi Manning

Two student’s will be awarded $400 each.  From Holliston and Milford 

4.  Proposal of motion to transfer $1,000 to Scholarship Fund for future substantial scholarships.

 Passed after much discussion

5.  Henny Smith, member, made motion to buy a monitor for the judging of digital images in that the judge could see the digital image up closer, as well as on the large screen.

Bob Sheppard made a motion to postpone the previous motion.

John Fuller made several statements about the excellent quality of our current digital images using the current projector and large screen.

Dan Charbonnet made comment that our current digital projector did very well in multiscreen.

Tom Golota made the motion to table the motion until next week’s meeting.
